Fail to load the results

SaltySalty Member Posts: 4 Learner I
Dear Community,
I'm having a little difficulty loading the results page. Process runs successfully, but when I click on the results page, it gets stuck on the previous interface. Or that is to say I just can't open the new data table. I hope I can get some help. Thanks!

    Hi @Salty,

can you provide please a Screenshot of your process if possible? additionally would be good to know the size of data you want to read? Thanks in advance!

    Hi @ClaudioKeck,
Thanks for your attention! Of course, and here are the screenshots.
Here is my process and below is how the results page gets stuck.

I have already got my results from the step Views-Results history. I can get it in DESIGNS but it is rather inconvenient.
Thanks for your help and attention!

View things you could do to troubleshoot:

    1. Have you tried to go to views restore default views?

    2. Have you changed the Results settings in the Preferences?

    Hi @ClaudioKeck,
Both yes. I guess if it is just because it bears much burden. Actually, it was after I ran my process for 3 hours and cut it off that it started to fail to load the results page.
    Again, thanks a lot!

What I typically do when running optimizations I directly put in Store Operators into the workflow and than you have your results already stored in your repository.

    Hi @ClaudioKeck,
Thanks a lot! That can be a more convenient method to check it.
