i want to know how i can save the association rules generated by the "Association Rules Generator" to a model? to integrate them into a Java application.

this should be asked in the development forum, don't you think?
Anyway, you simply can't do that. Association Rules are a special IOObject of their own, but you can apply them on an ExampleSet using the according operator Apply Association Rules.
