"RapidMiner crashes on Mac"
Hello Everyone,
Thanks in advance. I am using Mac OSX 10.6, have Java 1.6 installed.
I have been using rapidminer for several days with no problems, then today when I tried to use it again by running the rapidminer.jar, it loads but when I try to click on anything (other than open template or online tutorial) such as create a new process or load an old one, the whole thing crashes with "com.rapidminer.gui.RapidMinerGUI quit unexpectedly." I have tried to remove all original rapid miner files, re-downloaded the .zip package, but it still does the same thing. Does anyone know what is going on or how I can start to use RapidMiner again?
Thanks,
Azazal

you might take a look in your User's home directory and manually delete the (hidden) .RapidMiner5 directory. Then all settings are discarded. Please come back and tell us whether it helped.
