"Clustering plot"

Hello,

someone can explain me how to plot the cluster after the execution of the simple KMeans. I have a dataset with 4 label and 50 attributes, after the clustering I would like to have a plot in which I can see one point for each sample (with different color for the original class) and the region of the cluster to see how much the clusters are pure and the points close to each other.

Another question, after the execution of Kmeans I can see the centroids table, but I understand that in this table there is a centroid for each attributes, for the different cluster. How can I see the real one centroid of each cluster?

Thanks to all.
