How to calculate macro average when one batch return NAN

Hi,
I am trying to calculate kappa coefficient, however, for one of the batch it return nan because of divide by 0 error. I am wondering if there is possibility of returning macro average when one of cross-validation results is NAN. Is possible to ignore that batch and calculate the results?
Regards,
Vijay
