Hi,
This is very silly, but when one gets a software package, they expect to see a *folder* inside of the archive, not its contents at the top level.
What just happened to me (and I'm sure might have happened to others) is that I get the package (e.g. RapidAnalytics-CE-Installer-1.2.006.zip), move it to /opt, and run `unzip ...`. The result is: messed up /opt folder.
Just hope that your packaging rules would update someday
