Correlations between sales figures and create a model

Hi everyone,
I'm a complete Newbie in RapidMiner and Data Mining. I tried for several weeks a few things with RapidMiner but I didn't succeed. I also couldn't find any help in the tutorials or forum.
This is what I tried to do:
I have a excel sheet with 8000 customers. The information about the customers contains the sales figures of a year for 5 different products and the available workforce per customers (employees). I would like to create a process which can show me customers with sales potential in certain products.
For example a majority of the customers with the same workforce have similar sales figures: 200 § of product A, 100$ of product B, 500$ of product C and 50 $ of product D. RapidMiner should create now a model with correlations between the sales figures. So it can show me then customers, where we have more sales potentials than we currently do. Like customer YX could buy 20 % more of product B, referring to the model.
I would be very happy if someone could help me set up a process like this.
Best
Amelie
