"Generate Aggregation Attributes Over All Examples"

Here's the setup: I have a Location Attribute and a Revenue Attribute.  Each Location is repeated multiple times.  There are no missing values.  I would like to Create / Generate two flavors of aggregation attributes:
  • An Average Revenue by Location
  • An Average Revenue over all Loactions (exactly what is represented in the Meta Data)
How do I get both of those items to populate on each row?

For a nice comparison, if I was using the Golf Example dataset, and pretend Outlook is my Location and Temperature is Revenue, I would like to mimic the following behavior:

Outlook Temp AvgTempByOutlook AvgTemp
sunny 85 76.2 73.6
sunny 80 76.2 73.6
overcast 83 75.0 73.6
rain 70 69.8 73.6
rain 68 69.8 73.6
rain 65 69.8 73.6
overcast 64 75.0 73.6
sunny 72 76.2 73.6
sunny 69 76.2 73.6
rain 75 69.8 73.6
sunny 75 76.2 73.6
overcast 72 75.0 73.6
overcast 81 75.0 73.6
rain 71 69.8 73.6
