When a process fails, the "Process Failed" dialog box is displayed, giving a description of the error. It also provides a hyperlink to the "Offending operator". However, when the offending operator is not in the current process (but in a process invoked from the current one, or in a process invoked from another process invoked from the current one etc.) then the hyperlink does not work. In such cases, it would be useful to have more information about where the offending operator is located (specifically the process name, and also the "operator-path" within the process) in order to locate the offending operator manually.
