Allow empty subset in attribute selection

Many operators (e.g. rename by replacing) allow attributes to be selected with "attribute filter type" = "subset"
However, then the operator for some reason disallows making the subset empty.
Of course the same effect can be achieved by inverting an "all" selection, or simply by removing the operator altogether, but this is often inconvenient when the parameter setting is supposed to be temporary or form part of the interface with the process user.

thanks for the input. However, we probably won't implement this, since it is doable easily by the other means you described, and the probablity to forget to configure the operator correctly is too high if high allow empty subset configurations.
