15 views, no replies, can someone please tell me what I did wrong?

I posted "I need help building taxonomies from large number of documents", and I see 15 views, yet no replies. Either I did something wrong, such as posting in the wrong forum, or there is something else wrong. Can someone please reply, either to this new post, or to my first post.

    Hello,

    The impression I got was that technically, everything could be done but the specific details would have taken too much time to understand and to work out in a free support forum.

    Better to have a more detailed technical question along the lines of "I'm trying to do X, here is a process that doesn't work for some reason, any advice?".
