Shortcut for OK in text editor


In the Edit Parameter Text dialog, it would be handy to have a shortcut for ok (such as Ctrl-Enter or Alt-Enter) to match the shortcut for cancel (which is Esc).
(It would also be nice if the dialogue's "enlarged"/"shrunk" state could be remembered for next time it is opened, even if this is remembered only by/for the particular operator in question.)
