I want to implement Multiple Kernel Based SVM. Is it any how possible to implement it with Rapidminer??

    Do you want to write Java code to implement that SVM? Then you can create a RapidMiner extension by following the RapidMiner Extension Guide.

    I have a java code of the same and want to run in rapid miner i.e. the output should be displayed in rapid miner itself. Is this possible by using rapid miner extension??
