Trending or Commonality - Can Rapidminer do this?
Hi,
Very new to using Rapidminer and data mining in general.
I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what the following data set might be used for? I'll also explain my desired result.
The data:
- A list of Clients who have requested help from us (Clients are identified through a unique number)
- The time (in days) it takes for each customer to receive the requested help (data is just a number: 0 (same day), 1, 2 etc
- A multitude of other metrics that tell us how loyal or satisfied each customer is with the company (Numbers from 1-5)
What I want to understand better, is how the time it takes for us to follow through on the request for help impacts their satisfaction levels. Ultimately wanting to be able to demonstrate that the faster we are, the happier the customer.
Any thoughts or ideas would be great - a total newbie here :>

maybe in that case it is sufficient to simply calculate correlations between the satisfaction ratings and the processing time, right? Do do that you can simply use the Correlation Matrix operator.
