"Keep id role in R"

Hi,
I'm using Rapidminer with R-Extension and my issue is that the "Execute Script" operator does not store the id column of the input ExampleSet at all. Not just the role, but not even it's content and the column itself.
Is there any more convenient way rather than just using the "Set Role" operator before and after the R-script?
