JSON output truncated after 2.5 upgrade

Hi Folks,
We are running into an issue after we have upgraded our RM Server to 2.5
A process, that is deployed as a web service, gives a partial JSON output. (We use the default JSON formatter that comes with the server.)
If we change the service output type to an HTML table, we can see the complete output.
One additional point - The character length where the output gets cut off seems to be limited to 65536 characters.
Are there any settings which controls this behaviour? As it seems to be related to a max length issue
