"Sequence Clustering"
Hi,
I'm actually new to Rapid Minor so this is maybe a really basic question. I was wondering if it is possible to cluster sequences with Rapid Miner?
For example, I have some sort of interaction sequences:
A->B->C->D
A->B->A->F->G
...
I want to cluster these paths/sequences based on similarity. So actually, each of these interaction events will also have some features (execution time, numer of subinteraction, etc). So is it possible to use the Rapid Miner to cluster these sequences into similar group and if, is there some sort of tutorial I could follow?
Best regards and thank you,
Florian
