non-English characters

Please add to feature request - ability to use non-English language characters in polynominal and nominal attributes e.g. ñ, é, à, ü, etc...  Everything comes in as �.

    It's works well for ä ü ö and ß in german language. Are you sure that you set your encoding correct?

    you are absolutely correct, Martin.  Did not think to change the encoding.  I reset it to a different ISO and it works perfectly.  Thank you!
