I've taken so much from this forum that I thought it was about time that I gave something back.
I teach a course on Data Mining @ an MBA school. I've been using Rapidminer successfully for 5 years. I have prepared a set of tutorial videos for my students which I now share with you.
Tutorials for Version 5.3 (this is the version I used until this semester)
