how to determine/predict a schedule--newbie question

I have about a hundred records of an event--time, day, date, direction (northbound, southbound) and for demonstration purposes I'd like to try to determine a schedule or prediction of future events base on the data I have?  Is this possible and how would I go about starting this?

Thanks.

Pedro
