Least Significant Direrence

I have a list of values I'd like to put into Rapidminer.  In other software, I've used something like Fisher's Least Significant Difference or Tukey Kramer to find out how far apart values have to be from each other to be statistically different.

In agriculture, they used to have corn yield reports listing the strands of corn seed in order of yield, but they would then tell you the Least Significant Difference, which let's say is 4 bushels per acre, so anything that is within 4 bushels per acres of the top yielding corn seed is not statistically different.

Does Rapidminer has something similar to this?

Thanks
