there is a text mining tutorial at http://vancouverdata.blogspot.de/2010/11/text-analytics-with-rapidminer-loading.html it also includes classification for sentiment analysis. The other option would be to use Extract Sentiment from Wordnet.
The guys from AYLIEN just announced to publish an extension next week. This is a web-service based thing which can do various text mining things including sentiment analysis.
