Hello everybody,

I'm very new to the rapidminer (i'm a student).

I'm doing my project and I need to find an answer which is a list of customers that have a high chance to buy a service.

I have 2 data sets

1. Demographic of customers including customers that bought a service from last campaign

2. Demographic of new customers

I tried to use Decision tree and Naive Bayes but when I did performance test the accuracy is not high. The accuracy of both are 54.17% (Decision tree), and 64.50% (Naive Baye)

Please if anyone can give me advice about this matter.

    Hi Speakeasy,

Why don't you check out the Churn Modeling template that comes with RapidMiner 7+. It's a prebuilt process and you can add your data sets to it. Just remember to make sure the format of your training and testing set is the same as in the template example
