how to interpret the optimize parameter Results?

hi,

 

I tried out an optimize parameter with metaCost and X-Validation inside it, inside X-Val there is  W-J48 Dec. Tree for model learning

The optimize Parameter tries out different parameter range values for Confidence and M (number of instances per leaf)

 

 

I have sorted the results by highest accuracy from my log operator:

however, my optimize parameter shows that best result is another configuration that has only 77.4 % accuracy:
