How to select previuos record

Hi, everyone.

I'm newbie here (and sorry for my english) I have a question about a particular filter.

I have a dataset with an ID, a Date and a nominal attribute.

Dataset ex:
1 - 11/01/2016 - A
2 - 12/02/2016 - A
1 - 12/02/2016 - B

What I want is to find a particular nominal attribute (ex. B), then extract the previous record (by date) with the same ID.
I should find "1 - 11/01/2016 - A"

Is there a way to do that?
