Exclude labels

Hi,
I've a CSV training set which contains value for two different labels. The reason is that I want to check which
of the labels is more suitable, thus both labels have been collected. How can I exclude a complete column
of values (one of the labels) from further consideration in order to perform a cross-validation by just taking
one of the two labels into account?
Best,
Paul
