Analyzing model Petri Net for conformance against log data

Can I import a Petri-Net and then determine conformance against a data log? Most of what I see is a Petri-Net being derived from the data. I am interesting in looking at how well log data and the "model" process actually conform to one another.

    Hi,

I am not an expert for process mining myself but I saw a demo of the RapidProM extension (https://marketplace.rapidminer.com/UpdateServer/faces/product_details.xhtml?productId=rmx_rapidprom) which I think did exactly that, i.e. calculate where model and reality differ.  So you might want to give it a try (or maybe one of the experts on RapidProM can add to this here...)

    Cheers,

    Ingo
