Get real time data from Arduino card via port COM and plot rapidminer graph

Hi,

 

I am new here. I want to know if I can establish a connection between my Arduino card and rapidminer to get real time data and plot the graph. For the real time task I find the CRON job but for collecting data from port COM, I have no idea.
