I'm a bit unclear as to what you're asking. Clustering and Classification are two different methods of machine learning and use two distinct groups of algorithms. For example a clustering algorithm could use k-means to segment your dataset, whereas a K-nn algortihm can be used for a classification task. You can build a processes that are a hybrid of clustering and classification but the two are distinct types of analysis. Please provide more info on what it is you're trying to accomplish.
