Patent Search and Retrieval Tools

I've spent the last ten years developing a set of unique patent search tools that I routinely use in my work as a patent attorney to build company IP.
I am in the process of building a set of python modules for searching the USPTO's patentsview.org site, which is a very new resource the US patent office has provided.
Question: is there an interest out there in these tools? Is there a convenient place to put them? I expect this to be an ongoing process, frankly my goals are two-fold: 1) provide a way fo getting data out of repositories; and, 2) doing things with it that go well beyond TFIDF or clustering or etc.
