How to Use Annotations to Attach Performances and Timestamps to Models

I have a small dataset with around 12 rows and with timeseries - values for each month. What are the parameters that I need to change when using a windowing operator so that I can forecast for more than a month? Since the dataset is small I used Window size as 1, step size as 1 and horizon as 1. Please suggest.
Thank you,
Pavan
