need some help for employee attrition
Hi i trying to predict what attributes resulting to employees attrition using decision tree... however the results came out only with branch one to 1 attributes. Not sure where gone wrong...
i had attributions like attrition, education level, years in company, satisfaction level and so on.

Hi,
Sometimes it is hard for a decision tree to separate the classes and the tree collapses into a single node. Please check the following article for ideas how to change parameters to avoid this. Alternatively, you can also try a different learner of course.
