stream database operator

This operator seems to have disappeared from 7.5 whats happened to it? I cant find any mention of it being removed!

    It has been deprecated, but you still might be able to use it by copying it from old processes.

    Interesting, I had not noticed that this operator was removed.  @pschlunder what was the motivation for the removal?  Is there similar functionality in some other more current operator?  Or some other workflow that is recommended instead?  "Stream db" was a great solution when retrieving the entirety of the data in a single shot used too much memory!
