Unreadable code in R extension warning

My win 7 system used to be in Chinese, I had found the warning at R extention(and only at R extention) is unreadable code. So I change my sytstem in to english language, and restart. There still is unreadable warning.

Could you kindly provide some suggestion?

    hello @wanglu2014 - have you gone to Preferences and ensured that you are set to English with English fonts?  Otherwise my suggestion would be to re-install the extension.
