Write Excel - How to write an integer as an integer but keep a zero

Using the Write Excel, how do I number format so 1 will stay 1, but 0 will stay 0, and Excel will read the column as a number?

Using number format: '#' I get integers, but zeroes appear as blanks.

If I put a Number Format operator before Write Excel, I get 1 and 0, but Excel itself thinks this column is text.

Thanks!

Try using number format: "0" (without quotation marks).
