Make the search button in RM Studio 8.1 less glaring

RapidMiner 8.1 introduced a search field in the toolbar. But its bright orange color attracts too much attention - users' attention should be on the "drawing board" and not on the controls.
If I had to draw a parallel, a good frame complements a painting. A bad frame attracts audiences' attention at the expense of the painting.
Proposed remedies:
- Let users modify the content of the toolbar like Mac applications (or Firefox) do it. That way we can hide controls that we do not use or like.
- Or just simply remove the orange background from the button.

We considered some options during the development, so I'll be interested to see what people think!
