"How to join the results of NB and then use SVM"

This is my thesis work so i need a help to use tools as my requirement. I have to use 2 ML algorithm one by one for different parameter of same id=label and join them to use another ML algorithm. and conclude the result. so please any one help me deadline of my submission is nearer.
