Hi again @asn4293,
How said in my previous post, I added the Extract Macro operator to define automatically the keyword in the Aggregate operator.
Here the new release :

Hi @asn4293,
1. Can you verify your process, the XML you sent is broken.
2. In your Excel file extract, there is only one occurence of the key word ("sales, "supply", "logistics" etc.) in each employee caracteristics .
So what do you want to perform ?
- Calculate the number of occurence of the keyword for each employee (so it will be always 1 in your extract)
- Calculate the number of occurence of the keyword in the whole file ?
- An other task ....????
Regards,
Lionel
Hi @asn4293,
Here a process to count the occurence of the keywordv in the whole file (if you want the number of occurence for each employee, remove/disable the Aggregate operator).
You can use the Extract Macro operator to define the keyword (in order to avoid setting this keyword in the parameters of the Aggregate operator.
Did these processes answer to your need ?
If not can you precise what you want to perform ?

Lionel
Hi @lionelderkrikor,
Thank you so very much, sorry for late reply because I was testing it in various aspects and it fitted in all situations.
I was trying to find the word from the list matching the master data and it works fine with multiple columns and each row is defined as the separate ID which is also working.
Thank you for help and have a nice day.
Hello @asn4293,
"...sorry for late reply...." : I started to worry...:smileyvery-happy:
You're welcome.
Have a nice day too.
