sample stratified

HI All,

 

I am new to rapid miner ,i ran the model with and with out sample stratifed and i can see the model with sample stratified got more accuracy than the other but,i have only 250 rows of data and in the sample i am selection all the 250 rows and i can see the data coming from the sample stratified is same as the original but there is a difference in perfomance why is that so?

 

Could you please help me.
