Loop example set

Hi all , I am struck with a issue.i want to run a model by adding one example at a time and log the accuracy for that .I have 2 data sets of 200 and 100 rows .the second data set I want to add one at a time to first data set and log the accuracy.i am sure how can I achieve this with loop operator in rapid miner .could you please guide me.

    I tried but i cound't understand how to apply it properly i am looking for any eample process how to do that if you have any example could please post the XML here .
