Combine models with stacking in Auto Model

Hi!

 

I would love for this to be implemented in the "Auto Model" functionality to easily combine predictive models

    The idea in itself is good, but we would have to determine how stacking or model ensembling can be done automatically . . .

    In my opinion, the state of the art is not yet good enough to advance to more complex appliance. In Auto Model, we should focus more on the "auto" part, because it is still quite manual (but saves time nonetheless).

    I am not really sure whether automation or stacking is in the first place here. But in the latter case, it doesn't seem really hard:
    • Run Auto Model with desired models chosen.
    • Open each model process manually, run, save the model.
    • Manually build a new process with stacking operator, which would retrieve then all saved models. 
    • Run it on the same data.
    Manual work, but doesn't seem to be that much. 
    Hope this might help a bit.
