deep learning extension "unable to get linear index>=3"

Dear RM's
Used iris data in deep learning extension, next changed to own biomarker example as data. Defined roles as label and id. This generated unable to get linear index>=3. What did I do wrong or what went wrong?

    Solution Accepted
    I changed the numbers of output layer to the number of labels in casu 4 and all went well.
