Hello guys,
could you please tell me if there are ways to improve predictive performance in videos:
1) Cross Selling - Do you want fries with that?
2) Recommendation Engines - You're going to love this movie!

I am not entirely sure about the question---if there are links to outside videos they did not come through with your OP.
But I am happy to tell you that RapidMiner can be used both for cross-selling and recommendation engines! Both are generally considered part of the "recommender systems" of unsupervised machine learning approaches.
For a good starting point, check out the template for Market Basket Analysis (cross-sell recommendations) from the startup screen in RapidMiner Studio.
You can also check out the free Recommenders extension in the marketplace.7
