How generate historical data

Hello everyone, I am learning RapidMiner and I have a question. My attached Excel file includes historical data from some stores, but I want to generate historical values ​​as variables for each store. sheet 1 has the history data and sheet 2 has the result I want on the specific date.

    Hola, Mi archivo en excel en la hoja1, tiene datos históricos de una serie de fuentes o tiendas. Lo que deseo es poder generar los valores anterior a una fecha y fuente las nuevas variables que son los precios anteriores. la salida esperada está en la hoja 2.  Lo que deseo saber es si existe algo en Rapidminer que me ayude con ese proceso
