If I have a column that has more than 100 categorical levels. in this case, how do I use this column to generate the association rules? When I leave it to the default selection, it generated rules with the anonymized product names instead of the column name!

Did you go through the guided template for market basket analysis?  You'll need to swap out your data in the first step instead of the example dataset used.
