How to prevent a failure? A case of predictive maintenance

Hi everyone,
I need help for a problem I am trying to solve. The aim of the problem is to understand how to prevent a failure. Given a data set containing warnings that describe faults that occurred on a train, how can I understand in advance that the train is about to fail/break? What are the operators that allow this analysis?
The file i have attached is the starting point of the analysis.
