How to identify the polynominal and integer if number comes with coma (,) so is it polynominal or integer for example " population of country" "gdp" ", are they polynominal?

Do you want to check the data type of a column after it is uploaded to rapidminer? If so you can just double click on the data present in the repository and see the "Statistics" section to find out the datatype read by rapidminer. If there is a comma generally rapidminer reads it as number (integer).
From your example of "Population" and "GDP" I can say that they are numbers. Polynominal is for categories, such as a country with population >10000000 (Highly populated), <10000000 (low population), etc.
