I don't know how to explain this graph.
I'm new to Rapid Miner.
But I don't know what PC1 and PC2 are, so I don't know how to interpret them.

It looks like you are using PC1 in both the x-axis and y-axis (in value columns parameter). You need to remove this from "value columns". The ones you are looking at are principal components based on my understanding. I am not sure what you are trying to explain based on principal components. If you can explain more about your goal that would be helpful.Regards,

According to your data diagram, there is a fairly high dispersion in your data set, which means that each of these items is not very similar.This is the thing that I understand from your screenshot. I hope this helps.
