อ่านไฟล์ CSV ภาษาไทยไม่ได้ค่ะ เปลี่ยน file encoding เป็น UTF-8 แล้วก็ไม่ได้

     ขออนุญาตแก้ไขให้ใช้ font เป็น Leelawadee แทนครับ จะทำให้ขนาดตัวอักษรใหญ่ขึ้นครับ
