Hello,
is there a tutorial showing how to apply t-sne?

    I do not think there is a separate tutorial on t-sne, however, you can get into t-sne help and follow the link to the mini-tute example. If you are looking for some basic explanation how t-sne actually works, try one of the YouTube videos, e.g. Josh Starmer's "StatQuest: t-SNE, Clearly Explained".
